The auto frame stacking machine is a core piece of equipment in
modern brickyard automated production lines. Designed to replace
traditional manual labor, it efficiently and accurately stacks
bricks cut from the cutter onto kiln or drying carts. Its unique
"whole-piece grabbing and whole-piece stacking" frame-type
operating principle makes it the preferred stacking solution for
medium- to large-volume brickyards due to its high stability,
efficiency, and low failure rate.
The equipment consists of a sturdy portal frame structure, a
three-dimensionally movable grabbing trolley (carriage), a lifting
mechanism, and a clamping head equipped with claws. During
operation, the clamping head descends to the grouping belt, and all
claws operate simultaneously to grab all the bricks on the cutting
table at once. The head is then lifted and moved horizontally above
the kiln car, where it descends again and releases the bricks as a
whole, stacking each layer according to the preset stacking
pattern. This cycle repeats until the entire kiln car is fully
stacked.
